This policy applies to all products purchased through the ADNIVIA website. Purchasing from the site implies full acceptance of all the terms stated below.

2) Conditions for Accepting Returns

The product must be in its original condition and unused.

The product must be in its original sealed packaging.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, except if defective or not as described.

3) Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been opened or used.

Perishable products (e.g., some fresh herbs or pre-prepared drinks).

Any product purchased under a “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” offer clearly stated.

4) Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

Receiving a damaged or broken product.

Receiving a product different from the original order.

Product has expired upon receipt.

In these cases, ADNIVIA or the seller will either refund the full amount or exchange the product for a similar one, according to the customer’s preference.

5) Return Procedure

1. Contact the Customer Service team within the specified period (7 days).

2. Provide order details and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

3. Upon approval, return instructions will be sent via email or phone.

4. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a secure manner.

6) Return Costs

If the return is due to an error from ADNIVIA or the seller (wrong/damaged/expired product) → ADNIVIA will cover all return and shipping costs.

If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind → the customer is responsible for return and shipping costs.

7) Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 – 14 business days from the receipt and inspection of the product.

Actual receipt time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

8) Exchanges

Products can be exchanged for another product of the same value (or higher with payment of the difference) after returning the original product according to the above conditions.
